Fenton Construction recently completed this interior renovation project for L’Oreal USA in Cranbury, NJ. This project involved the building of a security office in their main lobby. The renovation was designed by The Farrell Partnership and our scope of work included new doors, drywall, ceilings, aluminum & glass, custom millwork, carpet & ceramic tile, paint, signage, optical turnstiles, fire alarm & security, fire sprinklers, electrical, and HVAC.

Brunswick facility, a 20,000 sq. ft. packaging expansion and 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse construction addition with related site work at the Franklin Township facility, the installation of new process room and miscellaneous office and interior fit outs plus mezzanine construction projects at the Franklin Township facility, a 65,000 sq. ft. facility expansion with related site work in Franklin Township, and a 50,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art packaging/warehouse/shipping and flammable storage facility in Piscataway, NJ.
